400 Watt Series of 3x5” Switchers expands to
include 48V Output model with I2C Interface
Tectrol announces the expansion of its TIP400 series of 400 Watt 3 x 5” switchers to include a new 48V output model with >90% efficiency designed for high density applications.
The TIP400 power supply series offers 400 Watts of output power in the industry-standard 3.3 x 5” U-Frame footprint to satisfy the on-going demand for increased power in reduced space. The supplies feature an I2C digital interface for today’s networking and data storage applications. Standard features include Universal AC Input with Active PFC; Current Share with Or-ing Diodes; AC OK, DC OK, Remote On/Off, and Over Temperature signals. Options include a 5VSB @ 1A and a Cover with an integrated end-mount fan. All units are RoHS 6/6 Compliant and safety qualified for cTUVus EN60950-1 and CE Mark (LVD) with reliability >500Khrs (Telecordia SR332 ; 40°C; Full Load). The supply is designed to fit a wide range of standard applications and can be modified or configured for deployment in “Customer Specific” applications.
